Sometimes people come to therapy carrying more than they have words for. You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or emotionally tired on the inside. I work with teens and adults navigating grief and loss, life transitions, identity questions, relationship patterns, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My hope is to offer a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe enough to be honest about what is hurting and what feels confusing.
As a Black male therapist, I know identity, culture, and lived experience shape how we carry pain, pressure, and healing. My work is grounded in a person-centered foundation and shaped by experiential, emotion-focused therapy. In practice, I value authenticity, emotional depth, and helping clients feel more connected to themselves.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and especially value being a visible, accessible presence for people who may not always see themselves reflected in the mental health field.
